We had a truly memorable 2 nights stay. Overall the staff was supper friendly. The room was updated and clean and the facilities included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub: )

The beachfront was nice, crowded by day, swimming access good.
The manager was a piece of work! Rude would be a nice word! The lake view upgrade at $220.00 a night was a sideways view of the corner of the lake. With the swimming pool pump running all night and many other distractions, the room would be even less appealing at $60.00 a night! My wife and I splurged for an anniversary weekend and found this place a mess! Laughingly, we viewed babies with diapers being taken off and floating in the water, children screaming to their parents, Johnny is going to the bathroom in the pool, and other worse things going on in the hot tub. Needless to say we only swam in the lake! If it were not for our love for each other, this would have been the worse weekend of our marriage! For reference, we travel as our profession not I the travel industry, and expect third world conditions in third world countries, not in Lake Tahoe for $220.00 a night two night minimum! We stayed at the Apex hotel later for $63.00 out the door and it was good value, not on the lake, but close enough to Emerald bay for evening hike!

Location. Parking was excellent. Continental Breakfast. Hot tub. View from room. Very clean rooms. (Stayed in two)
Noisy neighbor with crying baby. First room was way too small, or the bed was too big . :-) No room for two people to move around.

The staff, location, breakfast were perfect. We got what we need.
They need to be more careful about the cleaning. The towels and the sheets had long black hairs. I guess it was the problem of the staff who cleans them.

The location in a nice area was great and there were a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. When it was hot outside, we visited North Star Bowl, a nice place to chill.
